What You'll Do

• Help build out the Singapore trading presence while managing risk and capturing trading opportunities for all of Belvedere’s core market-making desks
• Communicate with Position Managers on positional goals and execute trades
• Be responsible for both Vol Management and Electronic/Voice Trading Execution
• Gain meaningful experience in position management and automated trading systems
• Learn to make independent decisions during an active marketplace
• Accelerate grasp of all position management tools that are necessary for advancement to high-level roles at the firm
• Research and explore new markets trading opportunities and strategies
• Act as company ambassador for the local industry as needed

What You’ll Need

• All experience levels in trading and hybrid traders will be considered
• Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with teammates based in the Chicago office and provide guidance for other trading desks
• Willingness to participate in interviews for local talent or liaison for new hire onboarding needs

What The Transition Looks Like

• All candidates will expect an internal interview/vetting process to determine current staffing coverage on current trading desks and eligibility to move abroad
• Relocation support will be provided during the transition period (please expect a quarter turnaround time)
• Additional information may be requested by Compliance/Legal/People to process visas, licenses, and other local regulatory requirements
• Compensation and bonus potential will vary based on experience level and individual performance
