Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.

Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.

Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.

Process payments and handle client transactions accurately.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
-
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking software).

A friendly and professional demeanour.
-
Ability to work Thursday to Sunday, 1045am to 830pm (lunch 1 hour)
