The Executive – GS1 Program Support will play a key role in executing and supporting GS1 Singapore's strategic programs. This includes driving the adoption of 2D barcode initiatives, engaging Solution Partners, promoting sustainability efforts, and assisting in the set-up and operational management of the GS1 Solution Centre. The candidate will also provide support for various value-added services aimed at enhancing member engagement and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
2D Initiatives Support:- Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of GS1 Singapore 2D initiatives across various industries
- Coordinate outreach efforts to educate stakeholders on the benefits of adopting GS1 2D barcodes Work with cross-functional teams to drive the deployment of 2D barcodes and track the progress of implementation
Solution Partner Acquisition and Engagement
- Drive the acquisition of new solution providers and onboard them into our GS1 Singapore Solution Partner Programme Support existing solution partners by organizing engagement activities such as workshops, webinars, and partner meetings
Solution Centre Set-up and Management
- Support the operational management and set-up of the GS1 Singapore Solution Centre which showcases relevant GS1 Solutions for supply chain efficiency, healthcare, and retail innovation Coordinate events, demonstrations, and presentations at the Solution Centre to promote GS1 Technologies and Services
Other value-added services & initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing sustainability programme to help businesses achieve sustainability goals through the use of GS1 Standards Contribute to the development of new value-added services and promoting the services to members
Others
- Participate in various GS1 working group activities assigned by the management to contribute or acquire new knowledge/updates.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting updates on all relevant activities.
- Carry out any other duties/projects as directed by the management from time to time
- Degree/Di[loma in Business Marketing , Supply Chain Managegment or related field
- 2-3 years experience in business development, partner acqusisiotn and project management with the supply chain, retail , healthcare or technology sectors.
- Prossess strong interpersonal, communication and organising skills
- Resourceful , result-oriented with good problem-solving skills
