Job Scope:

• Ensure work place safety procedures

• Operate equipment for food preperation or cooking

• Adhere to packaging standard

• Make and bake durian cakes and pastries daily

• Responsible for managing inventory and stock taking

• Maintain quality control
  

44 hours work week:

• Mondays, Wednesdays to Saturdays 8 am to 6 pm ( 60 mins break )

• Off days: Tuesdays & one rotating day
  

Requirement:

• Certification in the pastry-related field

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible and able to work independently
