Job Responsibilities:
- Guide patients in their care journey and address their queries and concerns
- Assist patients with their appointment needs such as registration, appointment booking and financial counselling
- Assist patients prior and during clinical procedures and care processes, such as providing relevant information to patients regarding tests ordered by the care provider; and preparing patients for physical examination
- Assist clinicians in the consultation room to assist patients
- Diploma / A level / Higher Nitec & Nitec / GCE O or N level
- No healthcare experience needed, full training will be provided
