Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will assist the team leader with the execution of marketing strategy across all digital channels that includes Meta, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest and EDMs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage marketing campaigns that are designed to drive key company KPIs in our key markets across the region (Singapore and Australia). You will also be responsible for reporting on the performance of these campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Implement a full Digital Marketing Funnel across the business units
- Assist the Team Lead & Senior Management to develop an overall digital marketing strategy
- Set up and maintain conversion / pixel / event tracking on website and platforms, and ensure the data is accurate
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and adjust spend across different ad platforms based on the insights
- Maintain a list of learnings including the A/B test results
- Provide suggestions to content team (on a weekly basis - based on the reporting and learnings found)
- Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Ads
- Achieve the ROAS and CPS targets of each business entity - and continually drive to improve these
- Provide suggestions to improve the website conversion rate. This may include UI/UX, content or features that you think would improve the conversion rate of your ads.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing specialize in Google/Meta
- Detail oriented and meticulous individual
- Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Tiktok Ads
- Able to multitask and work under pressure and possess excellent writing and analytical skills.
