Permanent Part Time Admin and Coordinator

We are looking for an Permanent administration Executive cum Coordinator (Children Education and Training)
Responsibilities
  • Familiar with MOE and education procedure . Must have some Coordination experience in education ( children ernichment - Coding , Robotics or Tuition etc)
  • Provide overall support for co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Scheduling Courses and Coordination
  • Coordinate trainers/staffs and assignments , Co-ordinating with Trainers/staffs and Stakeholders / Schools etc
  • Coordinate Training for new Staffs/Trainers
  • Coordinate Customer service ,support and guide to trainees enquiries
  • Coordinate Simple IT support to students and stakeholders
  • Coordinating and organising of eco-system, internal engagements and transformation initiatives
  • Provide support in the marketing and promotions of the Business Innovation Centre
  • Coordinate after course and during course support.
  • Coordinate and follow up with claims and collection of fee.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Level/Diploma in any discipline
  • Prority for those having operation with robotics / Coding / Tuition centre.
  • Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as well as a team player
  • Able to lead the team and have good initiative
  • Prior operations and office administration experience preferred
  • Never say die attitude
  • Able to work under pressure
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
