About Us:
At Hoshino Coffee, we pride ourselves on offering an authentic Japanese cafe experience to our customers. From our freshly brewed premium coffees to our delectable desserts and savory dishes, we are committed to providing a memorable dining experience that keeps our customers coming back for more.
Working Hours and Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 10.30am - 4.30pm
- Commit minimum of 18 working hours on weekends
- 2 rest days per week
- Connect with our customers and educate them on our food, brand and mission.
- Taking orders and serving food to customers.
- Clearing of dishes and beverages
- Maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Maintain clean, neat and well-organized work area
- Ad hoc duties which are relevant to the role, instructed by the manager
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
