Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring easy access to information.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
