Lily Valley International Preschool
We are an upcoming innovative preschool with a Reggio inspired architect designed environment located in Central Singapore. At Lily Valley, we aim to provide innovative and alternative early childhood learning and experiences for young children, where learning is always an adventure!
We are currently seeking experienced Assistant Teachers as well as ad hoc relief teachers to join our energetic and vibrant team! If you are someone who enjoys working in an collaborative, energetic, creative and child centric environment, do send us your latest resume with a recent photograph.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers during classroom activities
• Assist lead teachers to prepare learning materials for classroom set up
• Organise and disinfect toys and learning materials - daily basis or at least twice a week
• Provide effective supervision together with lead teacher of children at all times
• Be with the children during transition periods and assist them during toileting and washing of their hands
• Ensure that classroom/school equipment and materials are safe for use at all times
• Participate and assist in school events and workshops
• Work with students and teachers in a democratic fashion modeling kindness, good citizenship, critical and creative thinking and responsibility as a classroom and school community member

Required qualifications:

• Takes initiative to support the lead teacher, children and classroom activities
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work collaboratively as a member of the team
• Preferably with prior experience working in local childcare setting for 3 years or more
• Possess a Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education, Advanced Certificate in Early Years or Fundamentals in Early Childhood Care and Education/ L1 ECDA Certification

Requirements:

• 5 days work week, with minimal Saturday duty
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in a preschool or childcare setting.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
