Preventive Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor)

Headquartered in the US and established as the largest companies in the semiconductor industry, they are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team.
Fresh graduates with no experience but have a passion to join the semiconductor field are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Work location: Woodlands
Working hours: 12 hours shift

- Follow on site daily Preventive Maintenance plan.
- New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side).
- Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools.
- Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.
- Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.
- Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.
- Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping.
- Nitec/Diploma in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
- Work experience in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage Able to work on weekends
