We are seeking a talented procurement executive. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities for design and build projects including sourcing, purchasing, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost effectiveness in procurement process. you will work closely with studio and contract team in delivering the procurement task. You would report to Senior Procurement Manager based in Singapore.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Performs procurement tasks according to company’s policies and procurement strategies.
- Source potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
- Develop and maintain vendor network in the region in order to offer continuous expertise in terms for current rates and market trends.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with project delivery and cost requirements.
- Assist in preparing bid documentation and support in bidding process including evaluating bids, negotiation of contract and obtaining cost saving according to contract requirements and budget.
- Assist in requesting, following up and reviewing quotation, technical proposal, and samples with the internal stakeholder for project execution.
- Participate in continuously improving procurement processes, systems, and practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
- Identify potential risks in the procurement process and communicate with internal stakeholders to mitigate the risk.
- Develop and establish good communication and relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct and analyse vendor performance feedback and review.
- Manage and perform procurement tasks in E-Platform Management System.
- Organise and arrange vendor good and services sharing session.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- You have bachelor’s degree / Diploma with at least 3 years of sourcing experience in procurement/contracting/quantity surveying.
- You have experiences in Construction and Interior Fit-Out related industry and able to read drawings.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point and Google Suite.
- You are organised, meticulous, diligent, agility, and resilient.
- You will be able to work independently and in a team.
