Project / Assistant Project Engineer (M&E)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates team progress by sharing crucial updates, aligning actions, seeking expert advice, addressing ongoing tasks, contributing to meetings and reports, and flagging obstacles to project completion.
  • Manages daily on-site operations, overseeing and coordinating subcontractor activities.
  • Serves as a liaison between clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepares comprehensive documentation and reports both before and after project completion, supporting the creation of the Operation and Maintenance manual.
  • Ensures adherence to legal and regulatory standards by preparing necessary permits, plans, and compliance documents.
  • Supports tender processes, pre-construction surveys, and updating site As-Built drawings.
  • Handles general administrative duties as required.
The Senior M&E Site Engineer Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years working experience in M&E at Interior Design Fit out works (Electrical / ACMV / Plumbing / Fire Protection)
