Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Supervisor/Roadshow Supervisor to join us. As part of this role, you will support the Senior Roadshow Manager in leading a team of promoters and converting leads into clients. You will play a key role in meeting sales targets, ensuring high standards of customer service, and representing the company’s brand professionally. This position provides a dynamic and rewarding environment for individuals with a background in the beauty industry and a passion for sales.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Engage with the public at roadshows, promoting company products and services.
- Lead and motivate the roadshow team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Plan work schedules and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth roadshow operations.
- Train and onboard new promoters, helping them deliver outstanding service.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Roadshow Manager.
