PURCHASING CUM EXPORT MANAGER

- Discussing with the sales team and marketing team and making purchase plans in short (3-6 months) and long (6-12 months) terms.
- Placing orders according to the purchase plans to the head quarter and the factories in Taiwan, Thailand, India and the other suppliers.
- Liaising with the head quarter and each factory and supplier so that the items ordered will arrive at our warehouse without delay to realize the smooth and on-time delivery to our customers in Singapore and the agents in Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.
- Supporting export customers to expand brand awareness and to increase sales.
- Planning of promotional scheme of new and current items.
- Expanding of Pentel brand awareness by collaboration with Singapore association.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- To Liaise with head quarter and factories in Japan, acknowledge of Japanese is essential
- SAP operations
