- Prepare certificate for the products as per requirement given in the order process.
- Maintain and filing QC documents (both hard and soft copies) like material certificates, Test reports, Job sheets, Drawings, Fumigation certificates.
- Arrange documents for FAT Inspection.
- Update the production schedule and heat numbers.
- Prepare the month end HOD report.
- Quality records and files need to maintain as per given retained period.
- Update revision on Quality records
- Control and update revision on safety and Environmental documents
- Co-ordinate with inter-departments to collect and share the information related work to meet the customer requirement on documentation.
- Co-ordinate with purchaser to send information related to sub-contractor jobs.
- Attend to walk-in visitors and handle any incoming calls
- Ensure proper stock inventory for stationeries, printings and pantry supplies
- Liaise with Admin department on the maintenance of office equipment such as printers, shredders and etc.
- Attend to any ad-hoc administrative matters when required
