- Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable.
- Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow-up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment, and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value.
- Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts.
- Ensure that the works are measured correctly and to maximum extent allowed.
- Ensure insurance claims are notified promptly and claim particular are submitted on time.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated and detailed minded.
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to travel across Singapore.
- This position will be office and site based
