Job Description
- Prepare and submit timely tender bids to secure project contracts.
- Document design changes and update budgets to reflect project evolution.
- Review and understand all drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring compliance with building contract law and industry standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and all relevant parties throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage pre- and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
- Tabulate and evaluate price comparisons and costing summaries for informed decision-making.
- Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contracts and Variation Orders. Prepare cost analyses and develop cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in Singapore.
- Resourceful and numerically sensitive, with strong analytical skills. Proven experience in full interior fit-out projects.
