Job Description

• Review and Support in Construction Planning: Assist the designer by reviewing construction plans to ensure feasibility.
  Prepare detailed quantity requirements based on project specifications.
  
• Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Conduct cost analysis for maintenance and additional building requirements.
  Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  
• Tender Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all tenders and submissions.
  Ensure tender processes are aligned with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
  
• Quotation Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  Evaluate quotations based on pricing, quality, and project needs for optimal supplier selection.
  

The Successful Applicant

• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project coordination
• Relevant internships or co-op experience in construction or related industries
• Experience with contracts, tendering, and managing costs for large projects
