Representative, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Cash Processing/ Fund Transfer to join our Payments operations team. This role is located in Singapore, HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

As part of Cash Processing and Funds Transfer team provide support for the execution of cash processing.
Review and input data, escalating issues as needed. Researches differences in cash processing and performs settlements and reconcilements.
Monitor payment processing applications. Review and validate payments submitted through various methods (e.g., check, wire, account).
Monitor and flag issues that arise with payment mechanisms and performs production utilities. Researches and resolves complex client inquiries received by phone and email. Adheres to and completes regulatory and compliance monitoring and reporting, as required.
Complete setup and testing of the file transfer process and connectivity with clients. Serve as an escalation point for invoice and data processing issues and provides input on quality improvement process. No direct reports.
Provide guidance to less experienced Cash Processing associates as needed. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
