Job Description:
- Oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability.
- Provide high quality of customer service to customers.
- Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
- Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales.
- Supervise and train the team in accordance with the company's DNA.
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store.
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in service roles within the hospitality industry
- Experience as a cabin assistant/cabin crew will be considered an added advantage
- Preferred experience in high-end Japanese restaurants
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Passionate about service and interacting with people
Compensation:
- Working location: 1 min walking distance from MRT Maxwell
- Operating hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 12pm to 10:30pm
