Service Staff / Senior Service Staff / Supervisor

Our client is a "Japanese One-Stop Centre" which has been in Singapore for more than 30 years. It started as a wholesale business for Japanese restaurants and supermarkets. Currently having 4 branches in Singapore and well-known for its fresh sashimi which is directly imported from Japan.
Job Description:
- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Prior working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage.
- No experience is welcomed to apply; Training will be provided.
- Able to commit to work overtime if required
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to perform shift work
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate in the line of F&B.
Compensation:
- Working hours: 44 hours/week (shift rotational between 10am to 11pm)
- Work week: 5.5 days/ week (shift rotational)
- Working location: Parkway Parade
- Salary package: Basic + Fixed Allowance + OT Pay
- Variable Bonus
- 10 days Annual Leave (1 day increment every year, cap at 15 days)
- Birthday leave and birthday voucher
- Increment after confirmation & Annual increment
