Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Account Manager for the recruitment Outsourcing/Contract service business to join our leadership team and spearhead business growth. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional sales skills, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of recruitment market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Pay: $4,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Account Manager for the recruitment Outsourcing/Contract service business to join our leadership team and spearhead business growth. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional sales skills, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of recruitment market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align on client needs and enhance placement success.
- Monitor financial performance and execute strategies for improvement.
- Take full ownership of the sales process, driving results and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on Sales or 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Excellent sales, analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $4,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
