Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our web design and development services. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on building relationships and has a keen interest in digital marketing and web development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, Linked In, and other platforms to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
Use a multi-touch approach to engage leads and generate interest in our web design services.
Determine if prospects are a fit for our services and qualify them based on our ideal client profile.
Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the Sales Manager with qualified prospects.
Maintain and nurture relationships with leads in the pipeline to move them toward conversion.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
Share insights on market needs, competitor approaches, and client feedback with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting.
Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (experience as an SDR or in a web design agency is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly over various communication channels.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in maintaining accurate records.
Proficient in Google tools/office tools/project management tools; familiarity with Linked In and other social selling tools.
Attributes
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm.
Curiosity about digital marketing, web development, and the latest trends in technology.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
