Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and account management.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential clients and partners, develop new sales channels, and grow the customer base for Simply Active.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improving performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the health, fitness, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
