Sales Executive (Electrical Engineer)

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting products to meet customer needs. You will work closely with clients in the electrical engineering sector, leveraging your technical knowledge to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales strategies, expand market presence, and play a key role in achieving business targets in Singapore. Additionally, we offer excellent training and development programs to help you grow your career in sales both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to market expansion.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Technical Diploma with a background in electrical and electronics engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates from local polytechnical schools are welcome to apply; we provide structured training to support your growth in the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of electrical products and systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Singapore (Required)
