Job Description: We are looking for a creative and driven Sales Interior Designer to deliver exceptional design solutions while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a knack for sales, and the ability to translate client needs into stunning design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.
- Design Proposals: Develop and present customized design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations.
- Sales and Negotiation: Drive sales by effectively communicating design ideas and negotiating contracts to close deals.
- Project Management: Oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with the latest design solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong emphasis on sales and client management.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and client relations.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up) and a solid understanding of design principles and trends.
- Education: O Level
