Job Description

• Handle sales enquiry
• Present 3D perspective drawings to clien500t, and pitch the complete design decisions
• Provide Quotation
• To Work closely with internal or outsourced drafters and 3D designers
• Provide accurate and detailed quotations to clients
• Transform client requirements into innovative and creative conceptual designs that stand out

Schedule and strategize project timeline effectively and promptly

• Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors & vendors
• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Initiative and proactive in learning
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Proficient in Illustration, Auto CAD or sketchup is preferred but not compulsory
