Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing company seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector in Singapore and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
· Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
· Oversee regional sales activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
· Travel as needed to engage with clients and explore new markets.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, specifically within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
· Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical sector in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Fluent in English and proficient in at least one Asian language.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
