Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales operations and provide exceptional support to both our team and customers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring sales processes run smoothly and efficiently, from order processing to customer interaction. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales operations including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and provide timely solutions.
- Support sales team efforts by sourcing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing) to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Assist in preparing and submitting relevant reports and tender documents.
- Participate in product training to stay updated with the latest offerings.
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of computer hardware/software is a plus.
- Strong phone presence and communication skills.
- Location: Kaki Bukit Ave.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm.
