Sales & Operations Manager

Century Steel PTE LTD is a trading, distribution and processing company headquartered in Singapore with branches across the region. We’ve been around for 15+ years and as a dynamically growing stainless steel company, we’re looking to bring on someone to assist with administrative and customer facing tasks, including: preparing sales contracts, inventory management, follow-ups with customers and other forms of documentation related tasks.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Job Description:
- Prepare sales quotations, sales contracts and requests for proposals (RFQ’s)
- Track and follow-up on accounts receivables to ensure timely payments
- Inventory Management: prepare and update our stock list on a regular basis to keep track of sold/unsold products and manage stock allocation
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support
- Maintain accurate customer order records, including specific information, sales contracts, quotations and delivery requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing inquiries, and deliveries
- Regular follow-ups with customers for advance deposit payments, Letter of Credit opening, and submitting these documents to the bank
- Prepare shipping documents to send to customer, including: invoice, packing lists, Bill of Lading, certificates of origin, etc
- Company administrative tasks, including assisting with bookings, trade fair communications, and server management
- Take the initiative to resolve operational exceptions and challenges
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- Minimum academic qualification - degree/diploma in any discipline
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Strong organisational skills as this role requires you handling a few stakeholders at the same time
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
