Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to support sales initiatives and resolve issues.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support training for new sales staff on tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Creativity to help with social media content.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
