Oversee and manage all Singapore Chinese Health Study genetic data hosted on GIS RAPTOR platform.
Coordinate data extractions and data transfer for the Singapore Chinese Health Study.
Manage design, develop, verification and validation activities for appropriate genetic data storage and analysis.
Execute large-scale genetic evaluations for ageing biomarkers and age-related traits and outcomes with the Singapore Chinese Health Study dataset.
Coordinate data harmonization with key collaborators to enable larger scale data analysis.
Maintain proper logs and filing for all project documents and records.

Job requirements :
Proficiency in large-scale genomics evaluations.
Proficiency in cloud computing, unix based computational platforms.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills and ability to work as part of a larger team.
Meticulous in delivering and documenting tasks with appropriate computational tools.
Well acquainted with basic molecular biology techniques including q PCR and NGS
Ph D in genomics, computational biology or related fields.
