Senior Account Manager | Must Be Based in Singapore

About Us:
We specialise in creating high-quality 3D renders for Property Developers, Project Marketers, Creative Agencies, Architects, and Interior Designers. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional visual assets that bring our clients' visions to life.
About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving client projects, from initiation through to completion. You will serve as the primary contact between clients and our production team, ensuring smooth communication, creative problem-solving, and timely delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate client documentation and communicate feedback to the production team for effective collaboration.
- Confidently lead client meetings, providing clear progress updates.
- Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, manage multiple accounts, and balance competing priorities efficiently.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, ideally in the architecture, interior design, or property development industry.
- Technical skills in Photoshop, Sketch Up, or similar design software are highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and able to relay information effectively between clients and internal teams.
- Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience leading client meetings and managing client expectations.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative ideas.
- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- Able to maintain composure under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work across time zones and be available for client needs.
- Full-time remote role with the flexibility to work from home.
