- Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Supervise all accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, and inventory accounting.
- Keep accurate financial records and validate data integrity.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is accurately kept and recorded.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Responsible for GST submissions and other statutory filings.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage accounts for other regional offices.
- Perform additional financial and accounting tasks as necessary.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of Singapore's accounting standards and regulations.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
