- Draft Group HSSEQ Fleet Circular/Alerts – Action Tracker & Filing
- Update and monitor Incident/NM record tracker in “KPI monitoring”
- Update, file and trending of Monthly SOS report
- ECP - Monitor audits, LTIF, TRCF – Tracking - KPI Monitoring – by month end
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reports of HSSEQ & ECP reports
- Track and follow up on all “ORS” reports until closeout actions are recorded
- Tracking the vessel’s schedule for TPA audits
- Assisting the fleet team with new takeovers and handover MOCs
- Track the CA-PA implementation for NCR, Defects, Incidents closeout actions
- Record and file Quarterly Meeting Review, Crew/Vessel Feedback, Customer Feedback
- ECP – IA report draft & closeout tracking and collate from different dept TS/MS & DPA
- Facilitate Group HSSEQ briefings for shore employees and attachments
- Record & file HSE Fleet Statistic, SIRE FSC PSC, Incident Tracker
- Assist the Marine teams as back up during emergency, crisis, drills and holidays
- Maintain & update the Group HSSEQ incident dashboard
- Maintain and update the ECP observations & NCR dashboard
- Non-PO Invoices (send to Esker directly) & New vendor creation in SAP MDG
- A similar work experience or adequate sailing experience with basic knowledge of ships and safety operations onboard.
- Good computer skills of MS Office Suite including Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge on administrative duties including tracking invoicing, logistics, courier and parcel bookings.
