Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training and development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of PABX, Handy, and Heavy Lift services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these services.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage our fleet of PABX, Handy, and Heavy Lift equipment.
- Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor equipment usage and costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Investigate and address any safety incidents or concerns.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and exploring potential partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PABX, Handy, or Heavy Lift industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PABX systems, heavy equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
