Senior Executive, Payroll

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
- Payroll Processing: Responsible for payroll calculation, payroll processing and ensuring timely salary disbursements to employees. This includes handling deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments
- Payroll System Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records for payroll processing. This involves tracking attendance of no pay leaves and overtime
- Regulatory: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, including Central Provident Fund (CPF), EPF contributions and statutory requirements for other countries. This includes responsibility for regulatory filing, where required
- Reporting: Prepare payroll reports
- Audit Support: Assist with payroll audits by providing necessary documentation
- Projects : Involvement in payroll or other projects on process improvements, automation, system integration, etc.
- Degree/Diploma, preferably in Human Resources
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), but not mandatory
- 5 to 8 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with non-Singapore payroll experience
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. Prosoft) and Microsoft Office is essential for efficient operations (vlookup, pivot and some formulas)
- Familiarity and interest to seek understanding in employment regulations in different countries
- Experience engaging and working with payroll vendors on payroll processing
- Detailed oriented and precision in handling numbers and data is critical to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Good planning and organization skills
- Good communication skills
