Strategy development and business planning
- Conceptualize, plan and manage and execute strategic projects
- Business strategy development for GB SG
- Track and lead projects / initiatives with key stakeholders to deliver intended results
- Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner
- Deliver insights on market competition / regulatory landscape and key trends
- Compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and develop action plans for improvement
- Preparation of management reports for management and board meetings
- Plan Global Banking event calendar as well as organise townhalls, team building and offsite meetings
- Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes / systems / policies
- A good Degree with at 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy and transformation, demonstrated project management experience in financial institutions
- Excellent data analytics skills with hands-on experience in statistical tools
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, able to produce impactful Powerpoint presentation decks
- Good organising, follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills
