Senior Executive, (Programme Office) Office of Sing Health Academy (2-year Contract)
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workshops and processes comply with SSG requirements. You will manage claims and oversee budget governance and fund optimisation. You will collaborate with Group Education Finance and Joint Office of Academic Medicine to manage philanthropic fund allocation for education training and programmes. As the primary contact for fund applicants, you will facilitate the process from applications to disbursements, utilisation and reporting.
In addition, you are responsible for planning and managing training programmes and events organised by Sing Health Academy for staff across the Sing Health cluster. You will manage academic resources, monitor the budget for academic resources and provide support for the cluster journal editorial secretariat to ensure that the journal is published on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven project management skills and an effective team player, with good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Financial acumen, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
