Senior Geospatial Consultant
[What you will be working on]

Develop and administer the policies and mechanisms under the National Spatial Data Infrastructure programme, Geospatial SG, with the objective to geo-enable Singapore:
i. Masterplan Singapore’s geospatial development, setting out its key agenda, strategies and activities
ii. Manage the Geospatial Trusted Centre to bring geospatial data, fusion and concierge services to government agencies
iii. Develop and implement Geospatial SG policies and standards that agencies should make reference to when dealing with geospatial data and information, acquisition, management, utilisation and disposal.
iv. Evaluate strategic opportunities and recommendations, and formulate plans to advance the Geospatial SG programme
v. Contribute to the international and regional geospatial development agenda, in collaboration with international organisations & geospatial agencies

[What we are looking for]

• 2 to 3 years of working experience with policy and Geospatial data. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  
• Experience in Geographical Information System (GIS), Information Technology (IT), and/or Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) is preferred.
  
• Able to think strategically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Self-motivated team player, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills.
  
• Some experience in project management would be a bonus.
  
• Basic knowledge of ESRI Arc GIS or QGIS software required.
