Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) Co., Ltd and has a wide range of clientele ranging from local SMEs to multinational companies. Cogent owns one of Singapore's largest one-stop integrated logistics hub, Cogent 1.Logistics Hub. It offers warehousing, freight forwarding, container and ISO tank depot, automotive logistics and transportation services in Singapore. It also operates warehousing and container depot businesses in Malaysia.
Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager – Operations (Automotive Logistics) to manage operations in Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd. This position is suitable for someone with strong automotive logistics experience, a rich client base, and the readiness to lead the business unit to greater heights.
Responsibilities:

Report to the General Manager and assist in managing the automotive logistics business within the company.
Responsible for the P&L of the company.
Manage and improve the productivity and efficiency of the company.
Maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new clients.
Work to meet customers' requirements.
Retain current customers while actively identifying and pursuing new and related business opportunities for the company.
Review pricing policies to ensure competitiveness and recommend changes as needed.
Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and tenders.
Provide market feedback through close liaison with customers.
Comply with all scopes and KPIs stipulated in customer contracts.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive logistics.
Ability to lead a team to achieve business goals.
Strong communication skills with customers and staff at all levels.
Committed and target-oriented.
Only those with relevant operations experience need to apply.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
