Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager - Supply Chain & Freight to manage Cogent Integrated Supply Chain Pte Ltd. This position will be for candidates who have strong supply chain & freight forwarding experience, rich client base and ready to head the business unit to bring it to greater heights.
Responsibilities:
1. Report to the General Manager and assist him to manage the supply chain and freight operations in the company.
2. Responsible for P & L of the entire supply chain and freight operations.
3. Build a network with sea and air Carriers.
4. Work on RFQs / tenders.
5. Build strong relationship with existing clients.
6. Identify new sales leads to increase business in supply chain and freight.
7. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
8. Work with the various departments within the Group to ensure that customer requirements are met.
9. Stay updated in industry trends, carriers and market conditions.
10. Execution plans assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years relevant experience in supply chain and freight
2. Able to lead a team
3. Good communication skills
4. Committed and target oriented
5. Only candidates with relevant operations experience need apply

Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
