Job Responsibilities

• Contacting borrower daily to demand overdue payment 30-90dpd. Negotiation of payment, following up of payment via emails / calls. Attending to customers enquiries on contracts, billing and collection work with the sales team / RMT. Resolving dispute, Placement / Removal of hold cod.\
• Triggering of NIR / ALOD, setting up of credit file, ensuring all documents in credit file is accurate during termination/repossession.
• Identify/forecast pre NPL accounts which include contractual NPL, HP liquidity period, inputting of cashflow to have an accurate impairment loss/NPL figures. Ensuring SAS report populate an accurate figure which matches our forecast.
• Coordination with client / RMT to procure pertinent and key information (e.g., account plan and strategy, financial statements, debtors/creditors ageing, list of buyer / suppliers to perform effective credit evaluation work to facilitate the preparation of credit memo, as well as to respond to queries raised from stakeholders on the submission.
• Hire Purcharse / Vehicle Reposession and Sales Related matters
• Submitting 1st and 2nd run Tripartite reports to RMT on current/forecasted month cases for monthly tripartite meetings.
• Updating / Reviewing D&B alert cases with Bp, Cwu, Liquidation triggered on a daily / monthly basis in CACs & D&B listing to step up recovery actions.
• Ensure new NPL properties are added into the masterlist for tracking, ensure properties that are due for revaluation for the month has been done. Ensure revaluation file, property variance, sky valuation, incremental IL% cover report / monthly deck and valuation in CDMS are updated.
• Simple MIS Reporting.
