Job Descriptions:

Assist the Planning Manager during project execution
Assist Planning manager in gathering information and data entry
To check and verify subcontractors programme, project deliverables, site progress with project baseline.
Preparation of progress reports for submission to client
Gather site construction / installation progress information and prepare progress monitoring documents.
Liaising with construction / Installation teams to develop weekly working programme.
Any other assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction Industry
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
knowledge in Project Management software Primavera 6 is at an advantage.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Tuas and commit overtime as and when required
