About the role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our credit bureau offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to manage product roadmaps and ensure product alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings, contributing to the company’s growth and success.


You will:

• Drive product vision, strategy, and execution for credit bureau services, including data aggregation, analytics, and risk scoring solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product planning to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
• Work with engineering teams to define product specifications, user stories, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features.
• Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with long-term business objectives, balancing both short-term priorities and future growth.
• Manage product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and make informed decisions on product improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of product offerings.
• Serve as a key advocate for the product, conducting product demonstrations and supporting sales/marketing efforts when needed.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of product management experience in financial services, credit bureau, fintech, or a data-driven organization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and launching scalable products.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring models, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
• Understanding of data flow and have an ability to create data flow diagrams
• Knowledge of integration and data transformation best practices, including API integrations.
• Experience with data visualization tools and experimentation frameworks to drive product decisions and improvements.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments
