Senior Software Testing Analyst

We are looking for a Test Analyst who is responsible to lead the testing of software/applications to ensure they function accordingly to specifications and clients' requirements to meet the business needs. Conducts testing using preferred organizational practices & established processes contained in the Test Methodology to ensure test objective of the project is met.

Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design

Min 9 years of testing experience in IT industry

Good exposure of software development life cycle & software testing life cycle processes

Practical experience with tools for automating web applications testing - like Selenium, Java, Cucumber frameworks, Jenkins, Maven, UFT, POM, and Module driven.

Prefer to have Mobile Application Automation testing tools – Appium & Eggplant

Expertise in Defect Management Tool (ALM & JIRA)

Full comprehension of QA practices, proficiency in various types of testing such as functional testing, system testing, system integration testing, regression testing, database testing, web service testing, and automated testing for multiple online applications and their improvements, including bug monitoring.

Recommend and use automated testing tools where appropriate and adopt test standards and testing methodology.

Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design.

Strong expertise in preparation of test scenarios, Test conditions, Test cases and Test execution.

Advise project team on design consideration to facilitate meeting of requirements

Prepare and ensure readiness of test bed and test environment to carry out the test execution and execute test in accordance to the test design.

Review test findings and collaborate with teams to address issues like open defects and resolution rate.

Be certified in the testing area is an advantage

Collaborative individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
