What You'll Do:
- Learn & Master a variety of laboratory equipment—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting it like a pro.
- Diagnose & Fix equipment issues using logical, step-by-step approaches, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to get the best technical support when you need it.
- Keep Customers Happy by making sure their systems are up and running ASAP and handling repairs with care and urgency.
- Document & Remember fixes and solutions so future repairs can be done even faster!
- A fast learner who enjoys understanding how things work and loves hands-on technical work.
- A logical thinker who enjoys diagnosing and fixing equipment problems.
- A customer champion who prioritizes minimizing downtime and providing top-notch support.
- A great communicator who works well with both customers and manufacturers to solve issues quickly.
- A team player who is eager to grow with a supportive, fast-growing company.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Biomedical Science, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory or scientific equipment is a bonus, but those who are independent with a passion for learning are welcome.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to solving technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and manufacturers effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for ensuring equipment runs smoothly and minimizing downtime.
