Job Description

This role is required for managing the day-to-day support of Sourcing Administration and to provide support for Business Units' operational requirements.
Responsibilities

Support Procurement Buyers on sourcing administrative tasks
Administer Freelancer engagement and overseas leases
Support sourcing team to administer extension of contract or Waiver of Competition (WOC) purchases (where no sourcing required)
Create and maintain Material Master and Source of Supply
Tracking and Maintenance of AVL listing
Support Head of Procurement and provide data analytics as and when required
Provide support to Managers on training relating to Procurement policy, process and SOP
Handle enquiries from operations on Material Management, Procurement or Sourcing related matters and provide necessary guidance to Users on Procurement SOP
Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Meticulous and attention to details
Self motivated and proactive
Analytical with strong problem solving abilities
Good in excel skills. Knowledge in SAP MM module preferred
