Supply Chain and Warehouse Lead

Bespoke to the individual, prestigious Parisian Haute-Couture perfume house, Maison 21G, launches its iconic brand in Singapore through beautiful experiential boutiques and online, allowing tailor-made creations for all and astounding quality at its core. As we keep on growing, we are now seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented associate to join our team as a Supply Chain and Warehouse Assistant.

In this role, the ideal intern candidate will assist in analyzing inventory data, optimizing our warehouse management, identifying seasonal trends and improving the quality of our buying cycle. He/She will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management, anticipating and improving our purchasing strategies to meet customer demands effectively and optimise our cash flow management. This role has a dual report to the Production Manager and General Manager.


Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data from various sources to identify patterns, seasonality, and demand trends.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining forecasting models and algorithms to predict inventory needs
  • Conduct regular reviews of inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and identify opportunities to optimize stock allocation and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Organize the physical aspects of the inventory
  • Make recommendations to management about the needs to re-order components & raw materials.
  • Follow the PO’s full cycle.
  • Analyze and proceed replenishment needs for our boutiques.
  • Maintain our ERP (Odoo)
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to evaluate suppliers and develop a buying cycle that aligns with demand fluctuations and production lead times.
  • Generate reports and present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the fragrance industry.
  • Proficiency or understanding of logistics software and information systems (Odoo ERP, Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
